The international fair dedicated to textiles and innovative technologies for design and production Texprocess took place in the second half of June 2022. Crea Solution participated in the event showing all the latest news in terms of software and hardware solutions for the design, configuration and production of clothing.<\/p>\n

Artificial vision systems and continuous cutting<\/strong><\/h2>\n

CUTTING SYSTEMS FOR CHECKED AND STRIPED FABRICS<\/h3>\n

The SURVEY SQUARE AND STRIPES system is able to detect the checks and lines of the fabric, even tone-on-tone and infinitely thin. This allows a complete and detailed scan of the material in order to perform a correct automatic nesting. While the fabric advances on the cutting mat and is viewed by the cameras, the system compares the nesting to be cut with the real conditions of the fabric by adapting or reworking the nesting to create a perfect match between the models and the motif of the fabric itself, the cut parts are then ready to be sewn.<\/p>\n

CUTTING SYSTEMS FOR FABRICS WITH REPEATED PATTERN<\/h3>\n

The SURVEY FABRIC ALLOVER system is able to detect repeated motifs, known points (letters, logos, drawings, numbers, etc.) linear or diagonal of the fabric, even tone on tone and infinitely small. This allows a complete and detailed scan of the material in order to perform a correct automatic nesting. While the fabric advances on the cutting mat and is viewed by the cameras, the system compares the nesting to be cut with the real conditions of the fabric by adapting or reworking the nesting to create a perfect match between the models and the motif of the fabric itself, the cut parts are then ready to be sewn.<\/p>\n

CUTTING SYSTEMS FOR PRINTED MODELS<\/h3>\n

The SURVEY FABIC SHAPE system is able to automatically detect the profile of the models printed on fabric so that it can be cut in a totally automatic way without the need for manual work or profiling of the pieces. While the fabric advances on the cutting mat and is viewed by the cameras, the system detects the outline of the models, internal or external, and cuts automatically. The cut parts are then ready to be directly sewn.<\/p>\n

Advanced projection systems<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Crea Solution projection systems allow you to automatically cut different types of fabrics, especially those with particular prints and panels where it is important that there is a perfect match between one part of the model and the other. The system can also be used to cut squares and lines or repeated motifs as an alternative to artificial vision systems.<\/p>\n

Fashion Metaverse and configurator<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In recent years, the fashion industry has focused on the intersection of the digital and physical market. Within the metaverse it will be possible to create avatars with measurements faithful to reality, allowing infinite opportunities for virtual try-on and personalization of garments and accessories by users in virtual dressing rooms and configurators. It will be possible to order real garments, which have already been tried on and worn within the virtual world and to customize them, the order data will be integrated with the PLM systems of clothing companies that will be able to produce garments on demand in a way fast and automated.<\/p>\n

CAD systems and Adobe Create Print Maker<\/strong><\/h2>\n

During the fair, the latest releases of the systems for creating and editing models, automatic nesting, virtual rendering (CAD 3D VStitcher) and the plug-in for integration with the Adobe Illustrator program were also shown. This Plug-in allows you to import into Adobe the models with all the necessary information (sizes, notches, stitching, straight thread, etc.) and to perform a real automatic nesting after creating the graphics, the output will be a file ready to be printed without having to place the templates manually.<\/p>\n
